VPA sponsors skill training for 175 unemployed youths

Visakhapatnam: Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) and Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Ship Building (CEMS), jointly organised a skill development training programme for the unemployed youth.

VPA Deputy Chairman Durgesh Kumar Dubey inaugurated the programme on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, he informed that VPA is sponsoring seven skill development courses viz., courier supervisor operations, warehouse executive, warehouse picker, inventory controller, CNC operator- vertical machining centre, MMAW SWAM welder and assistant electrician covering 175 beneficiaries under corporate social responsibility.
